GT6 rolling road power run

Today I took my GT6 for it’s first power run.  The main point of this was to see how many horses have escaped over the years and to see about tracking some of them back down.

The test was carried out at CFM Engineering in reading, great bunch of guys who know what they are talking about.  If you want to get in contact here are the details:
Phone: 01189 677799

The results were lower than I had hoped but I have some ideas about how to try and recover some now.

The power output was 65.5BHp and the flywheel and 66 ft lb of torque, are as top gear would have annoyingly said, “torques”

I think the plan now is to maybe remove the cylinder head, inspect the bors, re lap the valves, set clearances, check ignition timing and maybe have a re test.
